PURO VODKA FROM UVA TEMPRANILLO

Its Vodka, distilled in Vera, of great purity and without filtration, preserves unchanged the taste and aroma provided by vitamin alcohol and copper. This vodka is hydrated with water of very low mineralization, which makes it a unique product, able to surprise the most exquisite palates.

PURE ARTESAN BEER VODKA

It is a pure vodka in which the starting point for distillation is a mixture of varieties of La Virgen beers, which give the final distillate peculiar and unique identifying signs. The result is an exclusive limited edition vodka.

LOLA AND VERA GIN

In this range they tip the mania for fruity gins. It bears the name of his stills, who are responsible for assembling these brazenly fresh recipes with alcohol.

MENTIDERO WHISKY, SINGLE MALT – SHERRY CASK

How could we make a Spanish whiskey even more so? … aging it in barrels in which a selection of sherry wines of the highest quality have previously matured. They therefore have the best whisky aged naturally in the best barrels (in the world :-)) providing nuances to the whisky that continue to surprise after months of work.

DISTILLED LIQUEURS

Liquors of different flavors, away from the classics, with a quality that has no equal. High quality base alcohol, distilled to make it soft and blended with flavor blends, are the only ones in the family that carry the minimum sugar needed to meet the definition of “liquors”. Their spirits certainly elevate the current category of the market.

AFTER NINE: OUR VERSION OF THE BEST COCOA AND WILD MINT

The benches with a liquor as simply rich, like this one, reach another dimension. The essence of British famous “mints” changed when it was decided to incorporate dairy product into cocoa. Here we stick to the original idea. Just pure cocoa and fresh mint that they grow themselves.Cocoa liqueur is obtained by maceating pure cocoa in alcohol for more than 3 days.

The originated paste is filtered and passed to the still. Fresh and showy bunches of mint enter the vaporization chamber of the still through which it passes through the alcohol vapour rich in cocoa aromas and drags the essential oils of the mint thus causing a real elixir to drink cold.

PURE CACAO 100%

Cocoa entered the kitchen and Western lives by the hand of the Spaniards. Although history twisted the memory, they were the ones who began to extract the pleasure of this African plant. In SANTAMANIA they had to be tempted by the sweetest vice in the world and had to start working on bottling the essence of cocoa.

A selected cocoa, whose essence is collected and fused with the best grain alcohol after maceerating in it for three days. To avoid decanting the mixture is continuously removed. After fine filtration, the alcohol passes to the still where it is distilled getting a product of a graduation of about 75%. After resting for twelve hours, it is diluted until the desired graduation is reached before being bottled.

HAND OF SAINT: PURE GLORY

Original recipe with coconut, curacao and liquorice, all of them, as could not be less, 100% natural. The curacao is a distillate from the skin of bitter oranges (Laraha) of the island of Curacao. Using an excellent Curacao liqueur along with a generous amount of shredded coconut and liquorice, we are able to achieve an exotic and aromatic mixture that after being distilled provides a softness and flavor hardly achieved in another product. To remember that characteristic color of the Curacao, a small amount of it is added to the final product, providing that bluish tone that reminds us of its origins.

FORMULA C: CITRUS AND ACIDIC FRUIT

Citrus peels are an inexhaustible source of aroma blends to enjoy. In SANTAMANIA they have played to create an original blend, with grapefruit, lemons and oranges of different varieties, which is complemented by a touch of ginger to give it that pleasant sensation on the palate.

The copper of our stills provides the usual roundness in our distillates, in this case it extols the already interesting properties of these botanicals. A drink to have cold, to accompany some English ginger pastes, or to taste alone.

COW’S HEAD RUM : SANTAMANIA & THE GOATS

Made from cane crops in the province of Herrera in Panama in the Distillery of Las Cabras, the aging of rum occurs in the land that saw him born, and then, already arriving in Spain, spend another good season in barrels that served to store sweet wines of Pedro Ximénez. A formula studied, the result of the time and the good work of Panamanian roneros masters such as Don Pancho and the original “twist” of SANTAMANIA.

SANTAMANIA drinks and The Virgin beer

Santamania distills several of the best beers of La Virgen, mix the elements at different temperatures and alcoholic grades and, based on trial and error and a touch of humor, create something unique.

SANTAMANIA and Njord

The boys at NJORD, a Danish distillery who relied on SANTAMANIA to solve what they technically couldn’t do: pull out a gin with a touch of southern Europe.

With them they mixed elements and aromas of Denmark – such as dandelion, wild herbs or red fruits – and from Spain – orange blossom, rosemary, thyme or orange – to end up achieving a unique, delicate and very different product. His name, United Natures Gin. Artisanal, natural and R&D in its purest form.

SANTAMANIA and Malayerba

It is a business of the old, when things were done calmly and informally and a lot of affection, but adapted to the new times, which bets on the natural and indigenous, values all of them that we share at 100%. Such a unique association has resulted in a great light, dry gin, with an unrivalled botanical flavor, highlighting the aromas of fresh thyme, basil and rosemary. SANTAMANIA and Four Pillars

Born at the same time, both Four Pillars and SANTAMANIA bet on quality artisanal production, tangible both in the manual selection of ingredients and in absolute respect for the product, always made only with select and 100% natural ingredients. Two twin distilleries, each on one side of the world. They mix Australian ingredients such as wild tomato, lemon myrtle and other exotic spices and fruits with typically Spanish products such as orange, almond or olives.

SANTAMANIA and Singular Spirits

Singular Spirits needed a different gin and vodka, with character, but above all, quality. They were very clear about the type of bottle, and the history that would accompany every distillation concept they had in mind, but they needed authentic Master Distillers and copper stills to be able to carry it out. In SANTAMANIA the ideal formula for a gin with out-of-the-ordinary botanicals, such as sweet potato or pumpkin pipes with more close ones such as violet and verbena, has been achieved. Vodka is also of great purity, thanks to distillation in Lola and Vera.

SANTAMANIA and Ximé

Ximé, presents a catalogue of exclusive products and wanted to complete it with a Geneva London Dry and a Vodka, both characterized by its passage through copper.

With 100% natural ingredients, as always in SANTAMANIA, a formula for London Dry gin was designed characterized by the presence of lemongrass and with a balanced amount of enebro of the best quality. An alcoholic grain-based gin and a vodka based on an alcoholic blend of grain and grapes, which brings characteristic unctuousness to the original final product.

SANTAMANIA and Palace Pantry

The sweets of Despensa de Palacio are undoubtedly one of the best in Spain.

SantaMANia distillery makes distillates, not maceration spirits. A subtle difference that causes the final product to have little to do with the chocolate or cocoa liqueurs present on the market. Cocoa distillate is a project that required a long process of study. Cocoa and alcohol, to its right extent and in its proper time. Hydrated with the best possible mineral water. SANTAMANIA developed an exceptional formula and process from the base product supplied by Despensa de Palacio.

BLACK INK AND BLACK AND RED INK

Valtorre provides SANTAMANIA with an important ingredient in the production of our gins, a mineral-medicinal spring water that fits perfectly with the quality demands of its craft products. It made sense to make a gin with them, which in the end has translated into a family of two components (for now). TINTA NEGRA is a classic but light gin, natural of excellent quality, where fresh wine and notes of thyme, basil and rosemary are perfectly perceived.

Tinta Negra y Roja is an interesting variant that incorporates red fruits. Being seasonal products, the way to provide these botanicals naturally is in a freeze-dried, abundant and correctly filtered way, to give the touch of flavor and color that makes it unique within this range of gins. The mixture is combined in correct proportions with the rest of the botanicals to reach a fresh formula in perfect harmony.
